Profiles the changing face of zoo management and zoo keeping. Features Quenten Bloxam and the Partula snails at the Jersey Zoo and Tony Gerel and April the Tapir from the Belize Zoo.

Kratts' Creatures, Paragon Entertainment, TVOntario.

Fast paced animal show featuring the Kratt brothers (Martin and Chris) and their assistant Allison. As they explore "creature habitats" from the Urban Jungle to the African Savannah, conservation and natural history topics are discussed for each animal they encounter. Often discussed are the adaptations of a species to its environment. Consult your local listings for time and channel. Appropriate for primary and younger intermediate level students.

"Wolves At Our Door", Discovery Channel (1997). 60 min.

Follows husband and wife film team, the Dutchers, and their unusual 3 year study of the Sawtooth Pack of grey wolves from Northwest Idaho.
