I think a Chinstrap Penguin could be a number of famous people. First of all it could be a singer like Madonna, or Whitney Houston. This is because the Chinstrap has a very high pitched voice. It could also be a great swimmer like Mark Spitz, since penguins are the fastest swimming birds, and can go at very fast speeds. It could also be a good suit designer, like Calvin Klein. They wear nice suits, every day. It could also be an expert on staying warm, in extremely cold temperatures. The Chinstrap are quite experienced in this subject.
