CPWC, N.Y.- Today, at the Central Park Wildlife Center, CPWC, kids gave awards to animals. Many kids were astonished at how cute the river otter is with its tiny face, small black nose, and big black eyes. It has slick fur that reflects the sun. People marveled at how smoothly and quickly the otter moved through the water. River otters use their tail and slick fur to move around. Judging by the peoples response to the otter, it will probably get fastest swimming mammal and the cutest animal in the zoo. We'll have the final report tomorrow in the wildlife section of the New York Times.
