I think if the otter were an actor, it would be someone very silly and funny. Otters are very silly animals. I have to say that the otter would probably be Jim Carry or Peewee Herman because they are both very funny and silly actors. In the film Ace Ventura Pet Detective, Jim Carry acted very funny and silly. PeeWee Herman had a TV show and stared in a lot of movies. In all of his work he also acted very silly and funny. I know that the otter is a very silly animal from reading books. The otter is one of the most funniest and silliest animals. I have observed the otter doing funny and silly things and think the otter would play Jim Carry or PeeWee Herman very well.
