The frog that I observed is called the poison arrow frog. It is a blue shaded frog with black dots on it that are poison. It has a long throat with which they communicate. Also they have an incredible leap when they jump. The most peculiar thing about poison arrow frogs is that their toes vibrate when they sit still. When I went to the zoo, this shocked me. I had never seen frogs toes and hands vibrate like that. I don't know if all frogs hands vibrate, so when I saw it, it was amazing.
