Read about the changes planned for implementation in the coming academic year.

The Wild Ones is an ever-growing network of more than 30,000 children, teachers, and conservation professionals in 30 countries around the world. The Wild Ones provides students ages 7 to 14 with an international perspective, opportunities for cooperative science activities, and a positive outlook on their capacity as individuals to improve the prospects for endangered species.

Wild Ones provee a los niños y adolecentes con una perspectiva internacional, la oportunidad de cooperar en actividades cientificas, y una vision positiva sobre su capacidad como individuos de mejorar las espectativas de las especies en peligro.

Launched in August of 1995, The Wild Ones is an education project of Wildlife Preservation Trust International (WPTI). It is a culmination of years of research and experience in environmental education from classroom teachers and field scientists.

Members of The Wild Ones share their observations, research, artwork, and creative writing on this web site and in our newsletter, The Wild Times.
